Joint Board Meeting for Rotary Year 2526 & 2627
Actual meeting date was 25 June but due to relevance for rotary year 2627 , it is recorded on 1st July 26 . Meeting was was attended by many members however not full strength due to summer holidays

- Club President Addressed all the board members and appraised about various service activities and More than 100% achievements of projects during Golden Jublee rotary year 25-26 and conveyed his thanks to Club Secretary Neena & all the outgoing board . All present applauded the leadership.
- Club President Ashok handed over the Charter to incoming President Mahabir Hooda
- Club Secretary Neena also talked about her great experiences during the Golden jublee year and thanked fellow board members including Anil Veena Ji , Pawan Ji , Dhanbir Ji , Guddi Ji , Raveen Ji , Shashi , Nutan , Meera , Poonam Nagrath ,Poonam Ajmani, Geeta in spirits , Shalini , Nirmal Yadav , Anu , Sadhna , and all others for their contributions during her tenure .
- Club Secretary Neena ji Felicitated incoming Club Secretary Ravi Kapoor
- Incoming President Col Mahabir & First Lady Alpana felicitated Veena Ji & Anil ji as well as Seema & Ravi Kapoor
- PE Mahabir welcomed the new board and expressed his great desire to make this year very fruitful by inclusive approach giving delegation of power and duties to all concerned directors and chairmen of the board . He expressed about his great past experience in the club as president also emphasised to take further the legacy of serving the society by executing social impact projects while greater bonding between members thru fellowships.
- He also committed that the incumbent team will perform with utmost transparency specially about the funds and expenses and just like last year quarterly reports will be shared amongst the board .
- Same Bank account at HDFC will be carried forward and all the required documents were got signed by Treasurer Sanjeev Ji from Past & present team .
- Club Secretary Neena Ji Handed over the club gadgets and banners flags etc to new team officially
- The Official Login password by President Ashok will be handed over to new team on 30th June before midnight . As he expressed instructions from DG to show full retention of members.
- Incoming Secretary Ravi Kapoor welcomed all the esteemed board members and sought their guidance & support during the new Rotary year 26-27. The list of possible service projects was earlier circulated in group and also print outs provided as requested by Guddi ji & Ravinder Ji , others may also review the projects and come forward with their suggestions to help the president for making best efforts . The SE also informed all about events planned during Next Month July & Birthdays and anniversary for the month
- Board Discussions
- During Board discussions Guddi Ji expressed about bifurcation of the couple subscription ( 65+10) where the spouse is not willing to be member . This was properly explained by Anil Ji & President Mahabir that as explained earlier this is done to have full RETAINERSHIP of members which is very crucial for district DG and it was told with humble request to all for adherence to the subscription already announced and agreed @ previous meeting
- Over 10 board members already submitted their subscription cheques
- Ravinder Ji Expressed that why there are so many Admins in Watsapp OFFICIAL GROUP & many of them keep Chit Chating as usual . It was promised by PE & SE no further Chit Chat shall be allowed and also if required any action will be taken to adjust admins .
- Also no more sending by anybody of Birthday anniversary or other social media messages on OFFICIAL GROUP- This group is only for club announcements.
- SE announced that From Next year All Birthday Anniversary wishes will be properly posted on RDQ FUN GROUP ONLY (By First Lady Alpana) and all may convey mutual wishes Therein or directly to each other .
